Parkinson's Programming
The Parkinson's Program has been a resounding success since first implemented in 2024. What started as one class once a week has grown into multiple offerings throughout the weeks and months.
With the 2025 campaign, we will invest even more into this program. We will grow our advanced classes, add supportive equipment, and provide more resources to the caregivers. We will invest in our Healthy Living Staff, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to provide a top-notch experience to every guest affected by Parkinson’s Disease.

PLAY (Promoting Lifelong Activity in Youth)
Generations thrives when people of all ages learn from one another.
In partnership with the Plymouth School District, PLAY connects Generations volunteers with students at Fairview Elementary. On the playground, kids grow confidence, teamwork skills, and friendships through unstructured play and laughter. Teachers receive a much-needed break, and older volunteers experience joy and purpose through mentoring. With additional funding, PLAY aims to expand to other elementary schools across the district in the years to come, multiplying its impact on students, teachers, and volunteers alike.
Balance & Wellness
Wellness isn't just about the physical. It's about balancing physical, mental, and social wellbeing for a whole-person approach.
This campaign will help us expand on classes that improve gait, stability, and overall confidence. These evidence-based programs will help prevent falls and foster independence.
In addition, we will also expand on our support groups that offer hope and community to the most vulnerable among us. We want to provide a supportive space where those experiencing chronic health challenges—and their caregivers—can connect, share, and find community.

GenT
At Generations, technology is more than learning a skill — it’s building connections. Through one-on-one and group technology help sessions, older adults gain confidence and independence, while students and working professionals strengthen their leadership skills by sharing what they know. The result is more than digital literacy—it’s stronger intergenerational bonds that keep people connected. With demand growing, Gen-T is expanding into Thursday evenings to reach even more participants. Your gift makes this possible. Help us bring technology training to every age, ensuring no one is left behind in today’s digital world.
