Chair Pilates
This class focuses on breath work, body awareness, strength development, postural improvement, increased flexibility, mobility, and coordination. Using small props including hand weights, toning balls, flex bands, and fitness circles, this class introduces and explores mind/body movement.
Tai Chi Chih
Tai Chi Chih is a mindfulness moving mediation. The set of 19 movements and one pose is soft, flowing, and easy to learn. Tai Chi is completely focused on the development of an intrinsic energy called Chi. Benefits may include peace of mind, improved health, and simply, joy. No special clothing or equipment is required.
Yoga for Flexibility and Stability
Safe standing and seated yoga postures focusing on increasing flexibility and balance. Fridays at 9:00 a.m.
SilverSneakers Programs: Chair Yoga
SilverSneakers Chair Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

SilverSneakers Program: Classic
Have fun and move through the exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.

SilverSneakers Program: Arthritis Exercise Class
The Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program is a low-impact physical activity program proven to reduce pain and decrease stiffness. Led by certified instructor, Tyler Brusse, the participants in the class and follow upper and lower extremity routines that work to improve range of motion muscle strength and muscle endurance. All exercises are easy to follow and can replicate at home.

Yoga Flow
Vinyasa style yoga class begins with integration, mindfulness and stretches to warm the body and build muscle memory. Monday at 9:00 a.m. is moderate class.
SilverSneakers Program: Circuit
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball are alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching, and relaxation exercises.

Cardio Pilates
Designed for those who are seriously interested in mind/body development. Using small props including hand weights, toning balls, flex bands, and fitness circles, this class will challenge all participants. A progressive program that builds upon the five basic principles of Pilates to perform increasingly difficult exercises will help even seasoned athletes achieve improved levels of fitness.

Walk Fit
Participants follow a training program that includes a warm-up followed by a low impact walking cardio training system of exercise utilizing a DVD. For seniors 55+.
We have added Live Streaming and On Demand Options to our "In Person" Class Schedules!
We are offering virtual live streaming of our daily classes and also have an on demand library available to members. You must still pre-register for "in person" classes. Pre-registration can be done by calling our office at 920.892.4858. Class listing and instructions as to how to participate in Virtual Classes are located here. Every class except for Walk Fit is available virtually.
