Good Morning & Happy Monday!
Did anyone else see white stuff flying around this morning? I don’t know about all of you, but this back and forth, warm and cold business is for the birds! But Spring is coming! The first day of Spring is TOMORROW!! Let’s hope the weather plays along. Of course, there’s always the option to get away for a bit, which leads into my first announcement for today.
Wendy with Black Sheep Travel let us know that there is an opening on the Cities of Canada tour! This is your second chance to get in on a trip that’s been sold out for months. And it’s going to be an amazing trip, too! You’ll get to visit a ton of great destinations, see some amazing sights, and even get to take a short cruise on the St. Lawrence River. The trip leaves in June and you will need a passport to cross the border. If you are interested or want to learn more, please contact Wendy at blacksheeptravel@yahoo.com.
In other news, this week starts our brand-new Dance Fusion class! This class will offer cardio-based movements with an emphasis on dance components to get the heart pumping. It will start with a nice gentle warm-up including things such as isolations, rotations, arm/leg swings, and stretching. This class will promote balance, help reduce stress, and reduce joint pain and stiffness- while also being great for the spirit and mind! Plus, there will be no floorwork in this class! Our newest instructor, Sydney, set this class as low- to moderate-intensity, so it will be great for people of all abilities. Dance Fusion will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30am. Let us know if you want to give it a try!
