Healthy Steps

Grass skirts, mariachis, and Hawaiian leis are just a few of the props that make the therapeutic movements of Healthy Steps, the Lebed Method (formerly called Focus on Healing), fun and effective. The slow moving warm-up lymphatic exercises gets the joints and muscles ready for a time of therapeutic movement to increase overall range of motion, especially upper body, which may reduce the risk of lymph-edema and reduce swelling, improve overall posture, assist in structurally re-balancing the body, elevate self-esteem, and provide a supportive environment with other survivors of chronic illness.
